Time is money, and it shouldn’t be spent breaking your back over household chores. Although we’re already in April, the sun is still well and truly out, so make some time in your weekend to enjoy these Sydney Summer (Autumn) favorites.
Bondi to Bronte coastal walk:
Whether it’s early morning or evening, this is the perfect way to unwind and exercise, how convenient! Burning last night’s ice cream binge is much easier when you have spectacular views to enjoy.
Clovelly Baths
If you’re a bit tired of the usual Bondi, Coogee fair, and looking for something a little less crowded, head out to Clovelly Baths. It’s a natural pool five minutes away from Coogee, adored by locals. If you hate sand, you’ll absolutely love it.
Chur Burger
A burger and chips almost always, tastes better on a sunny day. The Chur Burger, a somewhat institution in Surry Hills, offers a variety of different burgers on the menu, as well as daily specials. For a little diversity, try the sweet potato chips. Delicious!
The Boat House
Beautiful views and delicious food? Don’t know about you, but I can’t think of a better start to my morning. Treat yourself this weekend and head to The Boat House, Balmoral. It’s a lovely café by the wharf, which sits on Balmoral beach. Once you’re done eating, you can literally roll your way onto the beach and enjoy the rest of the day.
Lighthouse Walk
Throw on your sneekers as the most spectacular views of the Sydney and Central coastline awaits you at the Palm Beach Lighthouse. Fun for all fitness levels as you can cruise up the “easy” paved pathway, or sprint the rickety stair track. Either way, you’ll be taking in the view from the top and maybe lucky enough to glimpse a pod of dolphins or whales passing by.
